"What is included in your wedding photography packages?"

     Please review the top of this page to see what is included in every package.

"How many hours of coverage are included in each package?"

     You get to choose! We have many tiered packages that include a variety of different hourly coverages. If you want to add an extra hour to a specific package, this costs $500 (for both Nicole and Austin's coverage).

"Do you offer customizable packages based on our needs?"

      Yes! If there is a package that you are interested in but don't need any specific add-on, we can remove that feature & reduce the cost.

"Can we see examples of your previous work or a full wedding gallery?"

     We have many "Real Weddings" on our website. You may check them out by CLICKING HERE.

"Do your packages include engagement or pre-wedding shoots?"

     This would be under our "Adventure Sessions".

"Are prints or albums included in the package, or are they additional costs?"

     Every wedding package includes a set amount of print credit! Once you use this credit, all print costs are up to you.

"Will there be a second shooter included, and is it an additional cost?"

     Nicole and Austin are inseparable! <3 They will both be at your wedding no matter what package you choose!

"What is your turnaround time for delivering the edited photos?"

     We try to be as quick and efficient as possible, so we strive to send you your images/film within 4-7 weeks.

"Do you offer photo retouching or editing services?"

     Yes! Our state-of-the-art editing/mastering services are always included in every package at no additional cost. If you request additional services, after we send your finalized photos, that go above our limit (very rare), there will be a cost depending on complexity (i.e. removing of people in photos, body/face photoshopping, etc).

"Are there any travel fees associated with the package, especially for destination weddings?"

     Travel is always free to your event unless stated otherwise.

"Do you have backup equipment in case of any technical issues during the wedding?"

     In both photography & cinema, we have backup camera's and equipement just in case anything goes wrong.

"How do you handle unexpected changes or emergencies on the wedding day?

Is there a deposit required to secure your services, and what are the payment terms?"

     All couples are required to deposit 50% of the initial value of the package that you choose. This first half is non-refundable if you cancel your event. If we have an emergency, we will fully refund/transfer your deposit (more details in your contract). We have many backup photographers/videographers to choose from, in every state, if this happens. (In 15+ years in the wedding industry, we have never cancelled on anyone... just FYI). :)

"Do you offer a contract outlining the services, costs, and expectations?"

     Once you choose the package you want for your event, we will send over a specialized contract for you to review. This also includes information regarding payment information.
